I have emetophobia witch causes me to have a lot of anxiety, plus i have a panic disorder on top of it. Whenever i have panic attacks they never last for minutes they last for hours. During these hours of panic i tend to pull my hair little by little until it eventually comes out. Then i grab another piece. I do it on the bottom of my head so no one can notice and i never wear my hair up except when i am at home. I also tend to scratch my forhead until it bleads, sometimes it leaves scares. I wear my bangs over it so no one will notice. I try and do something else like squeeze a ball, but it doesnt feel the same. When i do it it doesnt hurt at all, until the next day. Why do i do this?
