Paxil or something similar would be good. You should be asking your dr. this. She’ll know a lot more about which med. would be right for you.
klonopin
Benzodiazepines are frequently prescribed for anxiety disorders. They work by slowing down the central nervous system. Xanax and Klonopin are two popular benzodiazepines.
Xanax is really good for both disorders. You have to have a presciption for it so this is something you’ll have to see your Dr. for.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI – Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.

A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction… There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to….
