Is there a medication out there for Panic Disorder that doesn’t cause weight gain ( except for Wellbutrin? )

Panic disorder is treatable in therapy.
Maybe ask your doctor for a recommendation.
Weight gain is only a possible side effect, and if you have true panic disorder, a few pounds isn’t going to be a big deal once you get your panic attacks under control. I was on Xanax, which was great, and didn’t cause any weight gain for me. For more long term stuff, I was on Lexapro, and that didn’t cause any weight gain either, and Effexor XR actually caused me to lose weight. Hope this helps some, and hope you get help!!
