I was recently diagnosed and it’s driving me nuts! Any help is appreciated!

Does anyone know from experience of any good inpatient/resident panic disorder treatment centers in the US? None of them I found have listed the price. Curious about that too.

Just curious because I feel like complete shit all the time and I would like to be able to ask my doctor about something other than an addictive tranquilizer.
Also, no SSRI’s please. I should have mentioned that earlier.

I teach a high school psychology class and I want to show my students documentaries about phobias and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). I’ve been having trouble finding any, though. Can anyone suggest any documentaries or programs available on DVD that are about phobias or OCD?

I am a senior in high school and I have pretty bad social phobia. I still don’t really have a clue what kind of job I would like.. I would like one that pays good money and where i’m not really in the spot light. I like animals but I don’t want to be a vet cause I think that would probably be to hard for me. If you have any ideas I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

I have been reading online about panic attacks. They say that panic attacks aren’t good for us, at more risk for this or that. They teach people with panic attacks that it will not harm them. But excercise is good for us. What? Panic is like running. Fight or Flight responds.

I’m 15 years old and have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. What exercises can I do to feel relaxed and good? Now that school is over in a few days, I plan on exercising every day. What is a good website that show exercises for this king of problem? Also what are good breathing exercises?

I have been struggling with social anxiety and panic disorder since I was 16. I am almost 21 now and have been to many job interviews, but have not been able to make it through a single one without having a panic attack!!! I take medications daily, but with no luck!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I have severe panic disorder and social anxiety and I was prescribed trileptol and celexa. I’ve been taking them for almost a year now, and I haven’t noticed any change physically or mentally. Is there a different medication I should be taking?
