help me please! i really need a video for my psychology class.

I think I’m mainly looking for an online support group, or community or something. I’m already going to counseling, and am taking my Paxil and Xanax as prescribed, but I’m still having a lot of problems facing my fears and what not. Well, I hope this made sense, thanks for any and all advice.

I would like to get a new job, but developed panic disorder a year and a half ago. I have been in the same job for three years. I am nervous about looking for a job knowing I have panic disorder. I am both nervous about telling prospective employers about it, and also having panic attacks on the job. Is there anything I can do to ease myself into looking for new work? Would it be seen as a bad thing to tell prospective employers? I am in cognitive therapy, and also under a psychiatrists care.

I wanted to scream. I remember myself trying to say to my husband that I was feeling weird, but I couldn’t talk even tough all my body and mind was shouting Anxiety Attack Help. At that time I wanted the best anxiety attack remedy. I had several anxiety attacks and they are frightening but the good thing is, episodes are generally harmless. In most cases, attacks rarely last for more than 30 minutes, with peak of intensity within the first 10 minutes.

I do the proper exercise in a group therapy class on a regular bases. We start with progressive muscle relaxation and then we do the visualization. Every time that I reach my spirit cave however, it is the rainbow road from mario cart, and Che Guevara is my spirit being. He smiles and waves at me.
I want to know if this is meaningful or just an anomaly. I do not want to mention it in the group, because I am worried that I may sound stupid. Can anyone help me?
