I’ve been having some pretty bad panic attacks since February
06, that have just become even more active. Is there any way to cure them for good? Meds, etc?

Maybe not cure but you can most definitely learn to control them. Check with your local mental health clinic . You may benefit from a temporary stint of medication and the stress management classes . I did and have been attack free with out meds for a year now.
I don’t think there is a cure–but it can be helped with therapy and or medication.
cure? NO, treat, YES. Talk to your doctor about gettting you on something for it. I am on 300mg of welbutrin a day and xanix as needed. there are all different meds out there to help you with this and when you find the right one, it will help you! good luck and I feel ya, I have them everyday.
You can try medicine like prozac or zoloft to calm you down..but try not to think about getting them, alot of the times people are always thinking; oh what if i get a panic attack and so on…and they cause themselves to get one by worrying about it. Try to do something you enjoy to distract you for a while. If it doesn’t work see a doctor, they’ll serve you better. If you do take medicine try not to over do it cause too much medicine is really bad. good luck
Look for these three items in your local health food store.
SAMe
5-HTP
L-Tyrosine
Take 100mg capsules once a day. I haven’t had a panic attack in 5 years. I think it’s because I’m taking these. They help your system to replenish neurotransmitter chemicals that when depleted cause these emotional disorders.
