Well i have this.
Its when you get paranoid and worried , depressed , emotional.
Well the occurence is when you have problems in life and your in a point in your life where you care about someone and they go out and you get v-e-r-y worried. It can also take days or weeks sometimes months to stop this. You can also need a doctor / therapist to tell you whats going on / Help you through this. And it makes you feel weird and stuff. If you have Paranoia like me and go angry , weird , depressed , sad , lonely , emotional . The angry part could be ADHD. I know it sounds weird but go to your locals doctor and get an appointment. You need to know whats going on .
Kind Regards ,
Emss
See: PANIC OR ANXIETY ATTACK: DIFFERENCES, in section 8, on panic, at ezy build, below. Limit “worrying time” to around 45 mns, daily, possibly when you get home, or after your evening meal, but not too close to bedtime) after which, resolve firmly to refuse to worry again on that day: realise and accept that to do otherwise would be counterproductive to your mental health, and enjoyment of life. You will have had your “worry time” for the day, and can just write down any more thoughts that come to mind, and say to yourself: “Well, I’ll just have to worry about that tomorrow, won’t I?”. It’s important to regularly monitor, and deal with a negative internal monologue (self talk), or mental process, such as disturbing thoughts, images, impulses, or emotions, by the process of (a): recognising it, and (b): challenging it immediately. Technique For Re-Programming Negative Thoughts: When you notice something negative, such as: “I can’t do this/ am never going to get over this!” or: “Why am I always so pathetic/useless/such a loser?” or even an image, emotion, or a memory; recognise that it is being generated from the negative part of your mind. Having identified and labelled it, visualise a large, red, flashing, “STOP!” sign, and/or possibly a stern faced person wagging an index finger at you in a negative manner, then say to yourself as forcefully as you can, even aloud in a big voice, if alone: “I know this tactic: GO AWAY FOR A WHILE !!!” You may want to use either: “ruse”, “ploy”, “game”, or “trick”. In the case of an image, visualise a large “STOP” sign, or your preferred version.
Some people go so far as to keep a wide rubber band in their pocket, then put it around their wrist, when they catch themselves backsliding, stretch and release it, as a method of reprogramming their mind sooner, but I don’t regard it as being strictly necessary. Remember to remove it, afterwards, if you use this method. Try replacing a negative thought with a positive affirmation of your choice, like: “I am a unique individual, with my own set of skills, and good points”, or “I may not be perfect, but I’m doing the best I can, right now”. Practice one of the relaxation methods in sections 11, 2, 2c, or 2i, daily, and when needed. Tai Chi, or yoga suits others better. Give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you. There is a version for use in public places, (you can claim to have a headache, as you massage/lightly tap your temples, but you would then be restricted to subvocalising: saying it to yourself in your mind). Section 53, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris refers: “Even though I sometimes suffer from anxiety, I deeply and completely accept myself.” Or Google: “neurofeedback; therapists” Herbal remedies, such as chamomile, passionflower, or St. John’s wort, are often effective, but the idea is (as with anxiolytic medication) to use them like water wings, or training wheels on a bicycle, providing initial support, and giving time for other treatments, such as therapy, and relaxation techniques, to take effect.
Panic Disorder is a form of Anxiety Disorder in which the anxieties become so great that they lead to physical symptoms, specifically panic attacks. These can come and go all day long, sometimes lasting as long as 20 minuntes, and in between the attacks, you are hyper-anxious. Oftentimes, you’re afraid of the next attack, so in between attacks, you’re living in dread. This can last for days, weeks, or months, or if left untreated, possibly years. But it is one of the easiest to treat with therapy (clinical psychologists) and/or medication (certain SSRI antidepressants are great for anxiety/panic). Over 6 million Americans suffer from this, twice as many women as men. Check out the NIMH website: http://www.nimh.nih.gov/index.shtml then click mental health topics, then the panic or anxiety links. I was always a worrier, but then at about 25 years old, the panic attacks started and everything felt like it was crashing down around me. It was a dark feeling of overwhelming doom, and to make it worse, I was so scared I’d be stuck like that forever or be so out of control it would lead me to a psych ward some day. Thankfully, zoloft and therapy worked miracles on me, and I was “panic attack free” for 2 years on the meds and 4 years off (with the occasional worry/anxiety, but MUCH more livable). Now, 5 years after going off the meds, I’m struggling with it again…I’m a female with a 1 year old daughter and an unemployed husband, although please note: this disorder makes no sense and can rear its ugly head even when your life seems perfect…but rest assured, there’s an underlying worry causing it, and a therapist can help you find it. I am currently booking my next appointment. Hope this helps!
a panic disorder is simply that it is when you panic for no reason at all. it can occur anytime or any place. when one starts you heart ratw increases, your temperature rises slightly and you feel like something bad is going to happen if you dopn’t leave that situation immediately. Anxiety is a different disorder all together. although they share many of the same symptoms. i have suffered from both since i was a child. i am now in my 50′s. i have learned how to recognize the symptoms and what to do about them. you really need to talk to your regular doctor about them and then follow his/hers advice. you may need to see a psychiatrist and get put on medicine(s) for it. for more information just type in either panic attacks or anxiety and it will take you right to the needed info for you. there is help if you are willing to do what is necessary.
