pills dont solve any problems. all you get from this is addiction and up to 30 kilos weight plus. ich have panoc disorder too. but i rather keep it than taking poisonous pills.
Medication can help control the symptoms, but it doesn’t cure the disorder. Sometimes it takes time, or a change in your life, or a removal of certain sources of stress in your life.
If you are still experiencing panic attacks or phobia even with medication, then it may mean that you need an adjustment in your medication, either a stronger dose or a different medication.
Medication is only half of the answer, though. The other half is to find a type of therapy which will help you to retrain your brain so that you can begin to “think” your way out of a panic or phobia episode. One name for this is CBT, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The good thing is that the advances you make in this area are permanent. It’s like learning to ride a bicycle.
If you get a chance, go to the nearest bookstore, like a Barnes and Nobles, and look through some of the books on those two disorders. Unfortunately there is only a limited amount of information to be found on the web.
