Try to calm down and take deep breaths and if it doesn’t slow down or stop then yes defintly go to the doctor
find someone that you trust to vent at. someone that really cares. just tell them everything that is going on, cry on their shoulder, get it out of your system. Go to God He loves you and wants to help you and your family. I don’t recommend a hospital, just find friends that will surround you and support you in this time of trouble. i will be praying for you
Pu your trust in Jesus. If you haven’t already accept Jesus into your life and follow him and you will find that your life will be better. Follow the rightous words of the Bible. Jesus is the way.
22And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
23And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
24Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
John 16:22-24

The first step to learn anxiety panic attack relief is to believe that you have the ability to take control. Anxiety disorder is not a disease it’s a state of mind that can be controlled. Please calm down, you should be able to think wisely when your mind is more relax.
I know losing a home is very very sad, but think of it, that’s not the end of the world, you still have life and you are not sick. So, get up now and plan for new life. You got to help yourself to help your family.
Calm down, take deep breathes, immediately go to your parents and tell them your condition. If it is severe enough, go to the A&E of your local hospital and they will know what to do.
Once you have recovered, you should find out as much as possible about your diagnosis, the cures, and what to do in the event of another panic attack. Go to your psychologist and bring a notepad with you, record everything he says so you know what to do.
