I have similar issues…
I usually end up having a panic attack if I think about something that upsets me. For me, it’s usually related to stress. For whatever reason, I sleep just fine…even more so then usual. If you’re having problems sleeping though, it could cause a panic attack as well.
For me, the best treatments have been medication and therapy. It’s different for everybody though. You’ll really need to consult with a therapist and see what they say. They will really help.
For me, it got so bad once that I had to go a ‘crisis center’ where I stayed for 4 days trying to get the help I needed. It really did wonders for me…I do still have my issues, but at least I know how to deal with them…
Good luck with this!
Hi,
Having an anxiety attack is one scary thing. I used to have symptoms of sweating, shaking feelings of weakness the whole gambit Mine started when I was just walking and then it went on to driving and then I just didn’t want to leave the house as I just wanted to shake and suffer alone.
This went on for years, when I started out they (this was many years ago) they didn’t really have a name for it.I also discovered I had Low blood sugar – so put both of these together and you wonder which one comes first. Now, they have many ways to help you. There are books, tapes, etc.

I have heard that some people have had success with it.
I have never personally used it, but it wouldn’t hurt for you to look at it – Keep searching and ask your doctor about your panic attacks. Good luck, you can do it and you will be OK!

People get panic attacks because of fear and anxiety. In my opinion of Panic attacks. The reason most people get them is because after getting one it leaves quite a big imprint on your psyche.
It leaves a loop of anxiety where you begin to develop a fear of another panic/anxiety attack. It has some to do with stress. If all your stressed about is your next panic attack then chances are your gonna get it(I don’t mean to scare you when saying this.)
If you go to a doctor he will recommend you xanex or a NLP drug.I recommend you deal with this more naturally as any of those prescribed drugs can deal more harm than good in the long run.
Here is a good website for your problem.I think this is a great site for you to use because one of the people in this program had the exact same problem.Look for yourself it’s at the top right of the screen the lady with glasses
