Yeap.
Possibly. Anxiety can cause WEIRD things. One time I was having such high levels of anxiety that I pulled a muscle in my chest. The anxiety alone pulled my muscle.
anything is possible
yes…it has happened to me…your body is flooded with hormones and rash is very common
I am no doctor but I sure think so, you should see a doctor.
yeah its possible
yes it can but you can also get meds like ativan that works fast to calm you down and can help.
Stress definitely causes skin problems. So yes, possibly! Go see a doctor asap.
people have a lot of different reactions to anxiety and panic attacks ….go see a docter
i do know they affect my skin..especially my face..pimples appear..and when that phase dissapears ..so do they
YES A RASH THAT RESEMBLES HEAT RASH
All of that can come down to stress. From the anxiety to the rashes. You have to figure it out, which I’m assuming you akready kinda know where it comes from. You don’t have to fess up, just stop, fix, and live.
oh yes big time, you can work your body into one big mess if you keep it going! Breath into a bag, and close your eyes and picture a sunset and focus on the mountains in the bak ground and see if you can count the trees on the hills as the sun goes down.
it works for me, try it, it’s free too! better then med’s.
Of course, when you are undergoing a profound amount of stress, your immune system fails to maintain its regular rate of vigilance in regards to regulating your blood sugar, hormones, sex drive, and resistance to sickness. Rashes, headaches, exaustion, trouble sleeping, paranoia, mood swings and lack of appetite are common. I suggest you smoke a joint and think about the good things in life..also, get alot of exercise
yes, anxiety & panic is stampede of our self-posession.
uh…a lot of stress buildup does affect not only your mental and emotional health, but your physical health, as well. And anxiety and panic attacks do cause stress. I’d get some help from a therapy or something. Group therapy does indeed help, depending on who leads it.
yea its called hives. To calm you down drink herbal tea and have warm baths. You should talk to the people or make sure you do something to stop the reasons your getting stressed .
