Can you get rid from Panic Attacks and Anxiety Disorder forever?
I am not asking how
But I am asking like If I solved my Disorders and everything became well
Will I still get the Panic/Anxiety attacks you know the short breaths,Very fast heartbeats…etc etc ???
Or I will need medications?
And in that case…if I stopped taking these meds will I get them again??

If all the disorders are gone that caused the attacks, then the attacks are gone also! Unfortunately, that doesn’t usually happen.I have a medical problem that has been recently diagnosed and have had 2 panic attacks since then,a year apart,as I figured out with the first one what to do to calm myself and not let the attack get full blown. The second one took me by surprise, and even though I did all the right things and even gave myself more time,it didn’t work and I ended up in the ER. My medical problem is only going to get worse as time goes by,so I’m unable to stop the attacks, but now have an emergency inhaler, which will help, but not always! Very scary when you can’t get your breath and being it isn’t asthma,I don’t know when one will hit. Other forms of anxiety attacks can be overcome and cured and some can’t. The cause of the attacks is the whole key to getting over them or not.

it is possible to get rid of your panic attacks forever, you just have to have some faith in yourself and keep believing that you can be cured. there are some natural techniques that you can use to stop the panic, meaning no therapy sessions or medications, and the technique doesn’t require positive thinking or deep breathing. you can do it anywhere you are and it doesn’t take long, but best of all it works. I learned all the information I needed from a book called panic away. the author wrote the book because he wanted to help people like himself stop struggling with panic attacks. if you want to read it here is the link http://9e427dpgb5fr4zcmqdp-pjft2c.hop.clickbank.net/
