Please spread the word, Panic attacks are really a nightmare.
I have suffered with panic attacks for 15 years and all the counseling, medication and books I have purchased within the 15 years just masked the fear, never eliminated it for good. Thank you so much Barry for changing my life. My 15 year battle with panic attacks is now a thing of the past.
I found a tostress blog at blogger, its really interesting on helping panic attacks. its just tostress at blogger.
Look up the mental symptoms of mercury poisoning. Alot of mental illness if caused by heavy metal toxicity. Zeolite powder will greatly improve your mental health by getting rid of the metals.
@Ayelis – So you’re actually supposed to feel some pain? I feel a sensation that I believe COULD be related to my efforts, but how long, how hard, and should you EXPECT to tolerate some PAIN?
lol.. you’d make a great shrink.
Work on a computer? If you are developing RSI pressure on an already tight tendon will cause discomfort.

@ASHLIEBARTON2007 OMG i get palptations im 16 AM I GONNA DIE :(

Not sure how much you know about this stuff but I actually was interested in what the japanese call Kyusho. I had someone knock me out by striking 2 or 3 points and I was out of it. It was the most amazing thing. Then I found out the the points were the same as acupuncture or Acupressure. Now I picked up a book called “Pressure point healing” or something like that. I hope to learn more. It can be used for healing or destruction from what I can see. Just like anything else.
@TASolutions; don’t press too hard. I actually felt some sharp pain there an hour(!) after hitting all the spots. That made me pretty sure that this one was the right spot!
:P I was totally being facetious. x_x
Not sure if i got the right point, but I actually felt some sharp pain there.
I’m sure millions of people would disagree.
No way, panic attacks are great. You start freaking out, and you get the exact same on-edge in-the-moment cant-remember-anything feeling you get when you’re stoned. x_x Now if only they’d stop hitting me right when I wake up.
@PeterTheEvilBastard
Yeah, that can happen to me. I smoked it all the time when I was younger, then I stopped for many years.
When I developed an anxiety disorder i tried it again to see if it would help. In my case it made it worse, so I don’t do it.
fuk man im glad im not thr pnly 1 with this shity problem i love weed but now i cant touch it 3 weeks without it still get this shit
Listen ive been smoking for about 4 years [weed] and it started giving my panic attacks it also triggerd regular heart palpitations and a heart rate of 90+ while sitting down. i suggest you stop, ive stopped smoking for 2 weeks and its getting much better [weed and fags.]
Yeah i get palpitations around 3 times a day, sometimes when i eat something or during excersise.. its a horrible feeling.. but im to young for heart attacks.
I’ve been smoking for about 2 years but after I tried mushies, any time I smoked pot I’d have a panic attack, I could feel my heart beat like pounding through my veins.. it happened yesterday. idk how to get rid of it except just wait for it to stop.
